As a gateway to East Gwillimbury, Bradford, and King Township, this commercial plaza needed to address the concerns of multiple municipal and conservational authorities. From limited regional sewage capacity to natural heritage features, we satisfied a range of stakeholder concerns while considering what the area needed for its future growth. Now, this approved site plan includes major internationally known brands, a gas station, a coffee shop, a restaurant, and a four-story building with over 80,000 square feet of commercial space.
