We found, purchased, assembled four properties to create an ambitious new 10-story development focused on Oshawa’s future. By offering student and affordable housing, this new apartment complex will meet projected increased student enrolled for both Durham College and Ontario Tech University. The apartments will provide 330,000 square feet of space for living, amenities, and restaurants.
