After 6ix Design provided architecture and engineering expertise, the 6ix Build team priced, scheduled, and staged the expansion’s construction within eight months. By adding eight more cabins, a spa, and massage facility, our expansion complemented the resort’s flexible new event space to prepare it for its future. Value engineering allowed us to make smart, beautiful choices throughout, like structural elements that also function as elements of the interior design and a pigmented concrete floor that’s both functional and striking.
