We found, purchased, assembled four properties to create an ambitious new 10-story development focused on Oshawa’s future. By offering student and affordable housing, this new apartment complex will meet projected increased student enrolled for both Durham College and Ontario Tech University. The apartments will provide 330,000 square feet of space for living, amenities, and restaurants.

From analyzing the site’s financials to designing and developing it into a four-story, 30,000-square-foot project, we were involved at every stage of this development. It’s an exceptional showcase of our design capabilities, showcasing efficiency alongside privacy and accessibility. On the ground level, apartments come with a unique design that includes individual private backyards. Above, the townhouse units have private elevators and car elevators.

Bayview Townhouses

These uniquely spacious townhouse units are an outsized demonstration of 6ix Group’s collaborative strength. First, 6ix Design provided a bold new direction after replacing the previous architect. Then, 6ix Build began scheduling the units’ construction. Now, at over 24,000 total square feet, these 11 units include luxurious living areas as expansive as our collective vision.
